Who we are
A new company in Freetown. Not a new team.
ASSAS Construction and Engineering Company (SL) Limited is wholly Sierra Leone owned and operated. It carries the ASSAS name by agreement with ASSAS International Group — and, more to the point, its engineers. The people who designed and supervised that group's projects across Syria, Oman and Lebanon design and supervise ours.

How we work

Measured before it is priced
Scope is established from measured areas and priced against a bill of quantities before works commence. A defined rate, a defined scope, and a defined programme from the first day.

Written contract in every case
Scope, rates, programme, payment terms and the variation procedure are agreed in advance and in writing. No project proceeds on a verbal understanding.
03
Cost controlled and documented
Materials, labour, plant and variations are recorded against a controlled cost ledger, and progress is reported to the client in writing at agreed intervals.
04
Directed from the site
Direction is given on site rather than relayed through intermediaries. Responsibility stays with a single named individual for the life of the contract.
